Proposed change
The current implementation only produces a certificate timestamp if the certificate is valid and signed by a trusted CA. This PR changes the behavior to permit the use of self-signed certificates. Additionally, instead of failing to return a timestamp if the certificate is expired, the integration will now return the timestamp and set
