SNES controller to playstation(1/2) adapter firmware (DUALSHOCK 2 version)

AVR micro-controller firmware for an SNES controller to playstation (1/2, not USB) adapter. Forked from Raphnet's version to add fake DualShock 2 support for PS2 games.

• NOTE: DualShock 2 implementation is untested, and probably incomplete enough to not work properly. Most DualShock 2 commands do not yet work.
