Update glob, tap and minimatch packages

Updated the glob package, so we don't depend anymore on inflight.

Dependency of a dependency: [email protected] › [email protected] › [email protected]

Set the minimum Node version to 16, because Glob has 16 also set a a minimum.
And test the package on the latest 3 stable Node versions.
