=== Building the Source Code ===

The application project build requires PostSharp to be installed from http://www.sharpcrafters.com/ .

The Setup project build requires the Windows Installer SDK in order to fix the 
"Send To" so that it appears in the right click menu. This happens as a post-build
command.
