The file to promote seemingly has not been generated by the JSTL CI:

https://ci.eclipse.org/jstl

So I wonder where "jakarta-tags-tck-3.0.1.zip" came from then.

EDIT: I see the Tags (JSTL) TCK has not been moved to https://github.com/jakartaee/tags yet, so the release would be done from the main http://ci.eclipse.org/jakartaee-tck CI.
