Reduces the top print speed for the .2 and .3 profiles
Removes the .4 and .45 profiles (the speed needed to be slowed down to the point where the print time was slower than the 0.3 profile)
Fixes the first layer print height (it should have been smaller, not larger)

marlin2 seems to provide reliable print time estimates.
primarily for 0.3 layer height. Will try slightly more aggresive values for 0.2 for now.

Curious, what efffects are we seeing with the new first layer heights (particularly for the more detailed print heights)?
Also, does marlin2 provide accurate times for prints <1h, or is that a separate fix to be found?

Other than that lgtm, looking forward to having this merged :3

marlin2 didn't have any impact in the end, it's still wildly off on short prints.

I think @just-trey is planning a broader overhaul of these settings, so this likely won't be merged as-is
