PHPJobs is a small set of scripts to start and manage php-cli jobs running in
the background of a PHP-enabled HTTP server.
PHPJobs-Client intends to provide:
* a Perl library implementing the HTTP-based protocol of PHPJobs
* various tools to operate with the default job types offered by PHPJobs
