ConcurrentSoftHashMap

Implementation of ConcurrentSoftHashMap.

This is thread-safe Soft reference HashMap.

example of Usage:

import cz.b2b.jcl.util.ConcurrentSoftHashMap;

//The number of "hard" references to hold internally.
