Summary
youtube-transcript-api is a free and open-source (MIT) library for fetching youtube transcript.
There was previously a PR trying to integrate this library but was closed (#5034).
This PR is another attempt that includes all the parameters and options supported by this library.
And it uses pyproject.toml rather than requirements.txt.
