Bin Men

• The shadowy elite who run society: bin men! (Aka "garbage men" in the US.) Each week they secretively replace the batteries in the mind-control emitters hidden in your trash bins. You run around and disable the emitters, which causes the residents to "wake up" and start shooting back at the bin men. Unfortunately the bin men are ruthlessly efficient and appear in large numbers.
  • I guess this could play like a pre-populated tower defense. You run around disabling emitters on pre-placed buildings, which turns the building into a turret firing at the bin men. The bin men try to re-enable the emitter, which means those bin men stop for a minute, which gives you the breather to try and re-enable more towers down the line.
