A simple bot that prints user specified rss feeds into an Irc channel of choice.
--The commands are--
!help - Display a command menu in channel.
!feed [add|remove|list] - add/remove/list items in feed list.
!feed - for new entries (auto updates every 15 minutes anyway).
!feed last [int] - for [int] last entries for each feed.
