Add Madmin to list of admin interfaces

That's an interesting criterion. I missed that last part of the CONTRIBUTING.md. It does make sense, although it would make a good argument that "new and trending" could also make the list. Let's see how it goes with Madmin in the future.

The following is a set of guidelines for contributing to Awesome Ruby. These are just guidelines, not rules, use your best judgment and feel free to propose changes to this project.

I mean, at the end, these "rules" are just like indicators. Sometimes it's very hard to draw the line. But I'm -1 to "new&trendy" projects and services, this will introduce a lot of maintenance and noise and it will become a useless mess. Awesome Ruby is not a place to promote new projects, but a collection of TOP and well-known Ruby resources.

What's the status of this project now? It seems it has almost 100k downloads, but checking the repo I notice some details:

• No relevant updates in almost 2 years
• Not tested with latest Rubies
• Design seems still in progress
• Issues created months ago with no updates

If you can share some feedback about the status and plans, it would be amazing 👌 and we can finally merge or close this PR. Thanks!!
