Bug Fixes
- Loading and Saving of B-Point classifiers works more robustly
- Editing heartbeats in the Moving Ensemble GUI does not crash anymore
- Checkbox columns didn't work on OS X so they've been replaced by colors
- B-Point classifier Cross Validation is available from the GUI
- Image plots work even if the data channel is winsorized
- Blood pressure from systolic and diastolic channels works again
