Configurable TSL14xx edge detection

The Config Tool's plunger viewer now lets you choose the scanning mode to use for the TSL1410R/TSL1412S sensors, when using the latest firmware. The new firmware provides three scanning modes, including the original standard mode used in past versions, and a couple of new modes that are designed to track the plunger more reliably when it's moving near peak speeds, for more accurate speed calculations.
