Upgrade to JHipster 8.4.0

After upgrading to 8.4.0, I'm getting the following error when trying to compile the frontend.

@mshima Any idea why this is happening?

Update: Nevermind. I figured it out. I was missing the following variables from _bootstrap-variables.scss:

$dropdown-link-hover-color: white;
$dropdown-link-hover-bg: #343a40;
