This is release 2.0.0 of RCMCardDAV!
I have delayed this release way too long, so I just tagged the latest commit after checking that it works with Roundcube 1.2.2.
Please follow the INSTALL file when installing RCMCardDAV and remember that there is NO UPGRADE PATH from RCMCardDAV 1.0.0!
