Hi Peter. I'm testing out pull requests with a very minor update -- adding "mode: 'rellink', overwrite = true" to the "qc" and "plot_qc" processes. This is just to be consistent with the other processes in main.nf.
You may want to reject this request because it also changes the nextflow.config file. I have tried to ignore the config file by adding a .gitignore file... but it isn't achieving what I had hoped. I think because the file is already tracked in the repository, so I would have to remove it before ignoring it
