Bumps node-gyp to the latest commit from its main branch, currently d3615c66f7e7a65de48ce9860b1fe13710d20988.
Includes a fix for better compatibility with app signing on macOS (0f1f667b737d21905e283df100a2cb639993562a.)
This release is a re-do of v6.14.19-pulsar1, since that version neglected to update npm-lifecycle as a direct dependency of this package. (It was correctly bumped as a dependency of libnpm and libcipm, but was not bumped in this package's package.json dependencies directly).
