process.nextTickshim for node.js and the browser
breeze-nexttick is available on npm.
npm install breeze-nexttick
breeze-nexttick is available as a component.
$ component install qualiancy/breeze-nexttick
breeze-nextTick allows you to utilize nextTick semantics in both node.js and the browser with
no changes to your code. In node it will use process.nextTick, but in the browser it will attempt
to use postMessage. If either of the previous are not available, it will default to setTimeout(fn, 0).
