Changed the really old version of fog to only use the newer fog-AWS child gem upgraded eventmachine to work with ruby 2.5.1

dont track vendor directory because of gems being built between ruby versions

These changes will bring this project up ruby 2.5.1.
this will allow project to run on machines that will not run 2.0.0 any more
