Hotfix release for "Lamp Trimmer"

Hi!

Deployment to production gave us two minor errors related to the fact, that we do not cover those cases in unit and functional tests - one of those cases is an error in docker container.

Bugfixes:

• SMTP credentials check were not executable
• openssl binary were missing in a docker container
• Blank spaces and quotes coming from docker VIRTUAL_HOST environment in tls-docker-network are now stripped out
