Standalone pre-release

For future projects, we may want to use the ZeroMQ-based MultiProcess framework for parallelization outside of ROOT projects. To this end, we aim to further develop MultiProcess into a standalone package.

This first pre-release does not have a working CMake setup yet, but all the source code is available for use.
