Who am I?

PhD Candidate in Interdisciplinary Graduate Program in Human Toxicology | Researching on Oral Microbiome (focused on dental caries) | Computational Biologist | Science Communicator

What do I do?

  • My PhD project is about the molecular patterns of oral microbiome in dental caries (Equipping myself with tools, recent developments and reproducible analysis)
  • I evaluate and review tools and understand them to the fundamental level (Will post the notes soon)
  • I am exploring toxicoinformatics to understand the exposomes (every possible combination of exposure that could lead to a disease condition)
  • Science communication through poetry, comic, stage play and blogs. Learning is fun.
