General

Removed talent.splinterstorm restrictions from the spellslinger list calls to have fallbacks.

Frostfire

Small adjustements to both rotations for the Shifting Power line (very small gain for ray builds at low fight durations, no change otherwise)
Removed shatter condition for Glacial Spike for the Standard Ice Lance rotation for only a very small loss (-0.2%), ff now just sends Glacial Spike in all rotations
Made Flurry usage for Standard Ice Lance Rotation more intuitive (no change in dps)


          Small FF st adjustements
