Localization update

Many thanks to @DarthKsane for the help with the non-enUS localization issues!

• Use currency IDs for addon settings
• Fallback to enUS for localized strings
• ruRU localization, currency config by name
• Fix limits/maximum currency values
• Add minimap icon for non-LDB support
