minor #1524 2.15 CHANGELOG (weaverryan)

This PR was merged into the 2.x branch. Discussion ---------- 2.15 CHANGELOG | Q | A | ------------- | --- | Bug fix? | no | New feature? | no | Issues | None | License | MIT Normal releases happen near the end of each month.
