I really appreciated your updated text on level 14! My friend who was struggling specifically said that the issue was with the tool tip though, so how about this pull request or something similar?
I did English, French and Swedish. In Swedish, I also changed the older word "specifierar" to the more common word "bestämmer".
If this isn't exactly to your liking, it's all at the bottom of the file docs.js if you want to tweak the phrasing.
