This is a major release, compatible with Windows, Mac OS X (Snow Leopard and later) and Linux.

Changes compared to 0.18:

OpenGL stability improvements (fix crashes for some graphic chipsets),
Stabilisation regarding Mac OS X compatibility (now runs on Snow Leopard and later)
Various widget fixes (spectrum refresh, disappearing peaks)
Improvements in the global error handler
