Finished refactoring Edge Section examples

Refactored Rule section. Changed terminology to mirror the Edge section with Edges and Edge-groups. The Rule Section
has Rules and Rule-groups instead of clauses.
Still need to do the Rule-section examples. But now defintion of rule section enables nested hierarch of rule groups and rules
