Removed Deprecations from 1.x Release Series

1. Dashboard tallys for works viewed, downloaded, and created.
2. Use of the menu bar at the top of the application (Works, Collections, Notifications)

Removed Deprecations from 1.x Release Series Several methods and options deprecated during the 1.x release series are removed. These include:

1. max_days_between_audits is now max_days_between_fixity_checks;
2. always_display_share_button is nowdisplay_share_button_when_not_logged_in.
3. AssignRepresentativeActor was a no-op, and the class is removed.
