This commit introduces several improvements and additions to the README.md file to provide a comprehensive overview of the Swamp Scheduler application and guide users and contributors effectively. The enhancements include:

  1. Table of Contents: A detailed Table of Contents has been added for easy navigation through the documentation.
  2. Features Section: A new Features section lists the core functionalities of the application, providing users with a clear understanding of what the application offers.
  3. Installation and Usage Instructions: Expanded the installation section with prerequisites and detailed setup instructions. Added clear usage instructions for running the development server locally and building the app for production.
  4. Technology Stack: Included a section outlining the technology stack used in the project, with brief descriptions of each technology.
  5. General Guidance: Provided general guidance links for users to learn more about the technologies used, including TypeScript, React, Vite, and Tailwind CSS.
  6. Maintainers Section: Enhanced maintainers section with GitHub profile links for better accessibility.

These changes aim to improve the user's experience, offer clear instructions for setup and usage, and provide valuable resources for understanding the technology stack. The improved documentation will be beneficial for both end-users and contributors, fostering better understanding and collaboration.
