PoC repositories

In general, at the uyuni-project GitHub project, we only host repositories for code that is released, or is going to be released.

However from time to time we may add some repositories to be evaluated as Proof of Concept (also known as PoC)

Rules

The repository name is to be prefixed with poc-.
The repository description must start with [Proof-of-Concept]
The repository must have a README.md, README.adoc or a README file in any format that that is shown as front page for the GitHub repository.
The README file must have a clear warning on top that about the repository being experimental (a text, a badge or similar)
