Feat/check organization permission

What problem is this solving?
Previously, the organization permission validation component did not exist in the interface

Show or not show the dimension creation button in the mini-cart

How should this be manually tested?

1. Go to https://giubernal--b2bstore005.myvtex.com/
2. Login
3. Add a new product
4. Open the mini cart
5. Remember to manipulate permission in admin
