The latest rollup-boost image tagged on docker hub is failing to run. This PR reverts to 0.1 in the devnet until a patch is pushed.
I am 98% sure they have published a broken image on v0.2, so defaulting to v0.1 for now. Will dive into it futher.
Devnet is running stable in this deployment locally
