Redesign of the Plaid PCB to use USBC and 2u stabilized layouts
Assembly and BOM generally follows the standard Plaid with the exception of the USBC port (USB4085-GF-A GCT) and 2 additional 5.1k resistors for C to C identification. The PCB can also now take PCB-mount 2u stabilizers for the 2u spacebar locations, clip in or screw in will work.
