New notebooks and scripts added relevant to the analyses/statistics produced for the publication.
Several edits were made to the TML data analysis pipeline:

  • Update url to GFC tif downloads
  • create functions to automatically upload/download outputs to s3
  • separate geojson creation into another script
  • revamp of the entire statistics function: remove median bracketing steps, make upper/lower bounds inclusive of 100% tree cover, address double counting of hectares for certain land cover classes
