On second thought, I should probably only use the parts of boost that are required...

BTW, did you make a .a? I'm having a hard time looking through the diff.

And yeah I tried to do something like that with the parts required by copying over the folders that were included, but it got really large really fast anyway.

Have you tried building boost manually with just the modules needed?

There's nothing that needs to be compiled here. I did use bpc to copy over only the parts of boost that yaml-cpp needs.
