Wasn't sure where to put this script in Nethermind repo so decided here it will be better :D
Added script which allows to parse repo tests into yaml/json/raw format to be further used in CI/CD as an example.
Having few nice addons to simplify work like slicing, branch replacement etc.
Can output directly in format kurtosis wants - with script and simple placeholder in kurtosis env file we can dynamically run all tests or only selected tests (with include/exclude flags).
