[CNOID] Consider python version in cnoid file #18

In order to run choreonoid simulation, the python version used for choreonoid build must match the python version specified in .cnoid files.

In order to get the python version used inside of choreonoid a PR has been created choreonoid/choreonoid#41.

While this PR is not accepted, the following version of choreonoid should be used :

If you are using drcutil_superbuild, please consider using the following fork on ubuntu2204 branch :

To avoid any undefined modules within choreonoid, we should set the python version as the one used for choreonoid

Is the work on this Pull Request complete? It would be helpful if you could provide a comprehensive description of the conditions for using this patch (e.g., special branch installation required by Choreonoid, etc.).
