- throws error:
- ERROR 001682: Found NOTYETIMPLEMENTED Personal GeoDatabase f"{newFolder}/soildb_US_2003.mdb" within script tool SSURGOdownload_SSURGOQualityAssuranceTools(D:\workspace\SSURGO-QA-ArcGIS-Pro@191)
- no longer sets symbology due to error with loading .lyrx (why?)
- disable symbology applied from .lyrx - use arcpy.mp not arcpy.mapping
- closes ncss-tech#16 to avoid conflict in binary .tbx file related to parameter removal Merge branch 'fix-bulk-download1' into py3compat # Conflicts: # SSURGO_QA_ArcGISPro.tbx

This changes a few small syntax items for use with recent version of Python to avoid Python 2->3 related errors.
I am currently running Python 3.9.18 in a cloned python environment in the standard location (i.e. C:\Users\Andrew.G.Brown\Documents\GIS\Python\arcgispro-py3-clone) under ArcGIS Pro 3.2.2.49743
