Computer Handouts and Exercises for 2023

This releases handout and computer exercise files for course in 2023.

Last version of default support for individual laptops

This freezes the version of exercises where we support individual laptops directly through statgen-setup script.

In the future we will use VM on AWS to run the computer exercises, although it is still possible to download the docker image for the VM, and run it locally exactly the same way as running on the AWS --- because all software environments are still containerized. However, this approach is no longer officially supported (in terms of providing detailed instructions to do so).
