This wiki is open to anyone willing to contribute with suggestions and recommendations to other users of the novathesis package. Please don't be shy and edit at your free will!

• Upgrading the NOVAthesis template from v4.x or v5.x to v6.x.

Warning

Please notice that the NOVAthesis template uses biber (and not bibtex) as the backend bibliography processor.

• If you use latexmk in the terminal, it will just work.
• If you compile your LaTeX source within a Text Editor (e.g., TexStudio, TextMaker, etc) you have to ope the Editor Preferences and change something somewhere (depends on the Editor) to use biber instead of bibtex.
