Compost

Compost is a basic resource used in the crafting recipes of garden soil, the garden trowel, and several plant mutations.

Compost is not crafted directly, but can be manufactured from organic material in a compost bin.

Compost can be used directly in the world. When applied to grass, crops, and some plants, compost acts as a weak substitute for bonemeal. Compared to bonemeal, it has a 50% chance of triggering a growth action. When applied to saplings, compost will grow an ornamental tree instead of a normal tree.
